regarding an open FPGA Hardware initiative by the International Center for
Theoretical Physics (ICTP - UNESCO). The aim of this project is to design
a low-cost powerful FPGA platform to implement reconfigurable instruments
for research and higher education. The project is based on an open
software / hardware approach.
